Champion kick boxer James Walting will be passing on his tips on fitness and nutrition in Coulby Newham this weekend.

The English super cruiserweight and British light heavyweight champion and world silver medalist will be at the For Goodness Sake health store in the Parkway Shopping Centre between 11am and 4pm on Saturday (31^st January).

James is a British National Cadet Association registered coach, holds a Northern College of Further Education certificate in exercise studies and is a sports supplement and nutrition specialist.
